We know that kids today are glued to their smart phones and computers, but it’s time they got a taste of what it feels like to be in a community that values youth involvement. That’s where Diepsloot Youth Project comes in! Through fun, interactive programs, kids learn important skills that will help them succeed in life. They also have the opportunity to make new friends and take part in local activities. Let’s give these young leaders the resources they need to thrive!
The youth of Diepsloot is growing up fast, and that’s why we’ve started a Youth Programme. We want all children in the area to grow up in a peaceful environment where they feel loved and accepted for who they are. Through our programmes, we aim to provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life, so that one day they can take control of their own destiny.
Whether you’re a teenager just starting to make sense of your sexuality or a pre-teen struggling with bullying, we can help you get through it. Our trained volunteers offer a safe space for you to talk about anything you want, without any judgment or fear of being overheard. Whether it’s adopting positive mind-set or dealing with anxiety, our volunteers are here to listen and understand.
