Crime in SA is becoming a serious issue, and the youth are being targeted more often than ever. Diepsloot Youth Project aims to change that, and with support from local authorities and businesses, they’ve set up task teams to tackle crime head on.

DYP Crime task team deployed to Diepslotto after protest

The organization started with a few volunteers and has grown since then. They have now deployed a task force of some 20 youth who will be working round the clock to address crime issues in their local community. At first, they were deployed at night but later shifted their focus on day-time crime monitoring as well.

Are you afraid of crime in your area? For many, the thought of crime can be enough to keep them up at night. The Diepsloot Youth Project has decided to do something about it and is deploying a task team to address the issue. The team of 20 police officers will be stationed in the area for three months, focusing on reducing crime and improving quality of life.

Crime is a major concern for residents, and that’s why we’re doing everything we can to bring it under control. That’s why we’re happy to have a team on site who are equipped with all the resources they need to make a difference. We hope that by working closely with the community and providing them with extra security they can feel more comfortable sharing their concerns with us.

Residents of Diepsloot are up in arms after a shocking incident wherein two men were robbed and shot dead. According to reports, the men were walking home when they were approached by 3 armed men who demanded their belongings. When they refused, they were shot dead on the spot. This is just another example of crime rising in SA and being ignored by the authorities. The youth project is getting together to fight crime and bring justice!

DYP Crime in South Africa has been on the rise for quite some time now and this has become a serious problem. Volunteers from DYP are stepping up to end violence and bring peace back to Diepsloot.

Crime always enrages a society and the South African society is no different. Crime is seen as the biggest disservice to our state and country. The youth of today is blamed for this and new age offenders are being showcased to the world as one, who should be arrested at the slightest hint of crime.

The Diepsloot Youth Project organization has come up with an initiative to spread awareness about crime in the country and boost up the morale of those who are looking for solutions to end this menace once for all.
