Through its development strategy, DYP aims to secure the development of Diepsloot in line with Vision 2030 by 2060%.DYP envisions Diepsloot as a modern, vibrant and inclusive city where people can live their best lives. To realize this vision, we need to work together to build strong communities, provide quality education, healthcare and more. We believe that by embracing diversity and helping others, we can make this happen!

Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of Diepsloot Youth Project, a project that will help secure the future of Diepsloot by ensuring all residents have access to quality education and employment opportunities.

Through our youth program, we aim to create a positive environment where kids can thrive and grow. Through mentoring and community service opportunities, we want to empower young people with the life skills they need to become productive members of society.

Diepsloot is a fast-growing suburb in Johannesburg. Located about five kilometres from the city centre and with an estimated population of around 200 000, it is among the top 20 fastest developing suburbs in the country.
