We’ve all been in that situation where work is too dull to even speak about, and you just want to get out of the office for some fun. Well, we couldn’t agree more! This Friday, join us at Diepsloot Youth Project for a fun-filled weekend. We have organized activities like skittles, table tennis and more so that you can enjoy your time to the fullest. Not to forget, they offer fresh meals every day so that you’ll never go hungry!

The youth of Diepsloot have spoken! They say they want to live in a society where every child is equally valued and cherished. In return, we say, ‘yes, we hear you loud and clear’! So, from now on, every child in Diepsloot will be a part of DYP Youth Project for at least 1 year. We believe that children should be given an opportunity to nurture their innate potential and become the change makers of tomorrow.
DYP stands for dedication and commitment towards improving the quality of life in our neighborhood by engaging youth in positive change. We believe that giving back can change our world for the better and hopefully make it a place where all children are equally valued and cherished.
It’s said that a man is never too old to learn something new. We think the same way when it comes to kids too. Kids are always eager to learn new things, so why can’t they be?
Diepsloot Youth Project is a perfect platform for kids to explore new things and take life easy!
Five years ago, at the dawn of our founding, we set out on a bold idea – to provide young people living in the disadvantaged community of Diepsloot with a unique opportunity to develop skills that will help them break the cycle of poverty. We’re proud that our program has evolved over time into a comprehensive youth development program that offers participants not only educational and life skills training, but also job opportunities and entrepreneurship classes. Through our efforts, we hope to empower these young people to become leaders in the community and take control of their own lives.
We believe nothing is impossible for a young person who believes in themselves and works hard. Thanks for believing in us too!
