Who likes to spend their time in traffic jams? Not us! We all hate them, but when we find ourselves stuck in one for a long time, we end up getting angry. That’s why we decided to launch Diepsloot Youth Project.

This project aims to create a safer and more accessible taxi rank system for the locals of Diepsloot area. This project consists of not one, but nine ranks that are being installed at strategic locations across Diepsloot. The idea is to create an easy way for people who need a ride to get one without any hassles or confusion. And guess what? It’s free of cost too! So hurry up and visit your nearest rank and join hands with this noble cause!

With schools and colleges closing for the holidays, young people have little to do other than enjoy themselves. But what if that fun includes serving the society? That’s why we decided to partner with Diepsloot Youth Project’s taxi rank project. Under that partnership, a group of kids are taking turns serving commuters in Diepsloot.

Drivers can now be sure that they’ll get a quick turnaround when they flag down one of these young, enthusiastic cabbies!

Ask any taxi driver and they would tell you that the No. 1 reason why they stick to their profession is because of Diepsloot Youth Project. For over two decades, this project has been imparting skills and knowledge to the youth in need, so that they can contribute to their community. On Tuesdays and Fridays, around 200 youngsters visit their office for classes on soft skills like communication, negotiation, etc. Some of them also learn new jobs or get enrolled in vocational classes to earn a living for themselves or even start a small business of their own.

In addition to that, shelters run by the Youth Project provide free food, clothes and shelter to those in need. They also offer counseling sessions and other services that help them with rehabilitation and reintegration in society. But all these acts of kindness are not going unnoticed! The name of the project is being recognized worldwide for its efforts in helping people from all walks of life.

The youth of today is empowered and knows the importance of making an impact. Diepsloot Youth Project is one such initiative taking the youth to the next level by teaching them how to make their voices heard. With the project, they learn new skills, pick up new hobbies and expand their horizons.

Diepsloot Taxi Rank is a project that wants to make transportation more convenient for everyone. They have taxi ranks at various locations where members of the public can drop-off or pick up guests. This not just helps in traffic but it also helps in reducing air pollution since fewer cars are on the road. It’s for all ages, genders and cultures; let’s support this initiative!

Not everyone has access to reliable transportation, that’s why we’ve started a taxi rank in Diepsloot. We want to make it easier for people living in the area to get around, so they don’t have to rely on public transport or personal cars. The Diepsloot Youth Project has been setting up an extension of this taxi rank in the neighborhood for over a year now.
