The youth of today are open to all kinds of arts and culture. To accommodate their interest, Diepsloot Youth Project has launched a wide range of workshops on drama, arts and culture. The group is the perfect place for you to explore your own creativity in a safe space without judgement. Grab some friends and sign up – there’s nothing like it!

We all know that talent is not inherited, it has to be nurtured. Let’s give these kids a chance to flourish and shine! The Diepsloot Youth Project offers drama and arts workshops for children aged 6-12 years old. They will learn valuable skills such as: communication, leadership, responsibility, and self-esteem through creative outlets such as drama, dance, music and art.

They will also understand the importance of living life with passion and purpose.

Output: It’s never too early to teach someone how to lead by example – or at least that’s what we think!

Children are often taught about different social values from a young age – things like honesty, respect for others etcetera – but they hardly get the opportunity to apply them in real world scenarios. That’s why we’re excited about this new initiative from Diepsloot Youth Project; offering workshops on how to handle your emotions in a positive way so you can live a happy life. Sounds pretty cool doesn’t it?

So step up your game because next time someone asks you what makes you tick, you’ll have an answer prepared!

When you hear the word drama, what do you think of? Maybe superheroes or stars in Hollywood? Well, if it’s those things that come to your mind, then Diepsloot Youth Project is for you. This place is all about giving out the best possible experience to its participants. The program offers workshops that teach kids about acting and stage-crafting.

As a participant, you’ll learn how to put on a fantastic show full of amazing acting skills and stage presence! You’ll make new friends and have fun while doing something creative and exciting! And when it’s time for performances, everyone will be cheering on your team from the sidelines!

Diepsloot Youth Project is home to some of South Africa’s most talented young folk, who are soaking up all the drama and artsy goodness they can get their hands on.
