Today is a special day for the youth of Diepsloot. With the aim to create equal opportunities and foster a culture of social inclusion, DYP has come up with a program that will help them get their foot on the ladder of success. The project consists of different measures including skill development, business operations, and networking amongst others.

Youth development is the most important objective of every organization. After all, they are the future of your business. So, why not involve them in your projects? Diepsloot Youth Project DYP assists you with that by offering a wide range of opportunities for these young minds to flourish and acquire skills that will stand them in good stead when they seek employment.

DYP believes in imparting quality education at an affordable price and this commitment has been evident from its inception. They offer classes like biology, mathematics, English and computer science alongside traditional streams like arts, crafts and sports. And don’t forget about their center for youth empowerment where kids can get involved in various age group-specific activities like yoga and meditation!

Our youth is changing the world one change at a time. We want to support them by training and constructing their capabilities that will allow them to tackle any challenge with confidence. Diepsloot Youth Project DYP assists these kids in every possible way so that they can become global leaders of tomorrow.

In 2016, we have started providing them with various skills and training, including computer literacy, project management, digital marketing, social media marketing and more. They are also able to build their soft skills like communication skills and team building through our organizational workshops.

We aim to set an example for other organizations so that our youth understands the importance of perseverance in life.

The DYP is aimed at helping the youth in Diepsloot. Aspirants are provided with free education, free and quality health care, clothing, food and housing. They have a life of their own now.

–|What makes DYP different from other youth projects? It takes up the challenge of offering quality education to the youth aspirants who do not get an opportunity to study due to various reasons like poverty etc. We also provide them with nutritious meals during school hours so that they can focus on their studies without having any distractions nearby them. And lastly, we teach them how to live independently so that they can further improve their future prospects.

By doing all these things, we hope that our project will contribute in making Diepsloot a better place for everyone living there!

Youthfulness is a state of mind that can nurture one’s creativity and inspire them to be more than what they are predicted to be. DYP has taken this into account by providing kids with the opportunities, incentives and resources needed for growth as individuals.

Diepsloot Youth Project is supported by an advisory board, which includes various personalities from different fields that have worked extensively in areas such as education, social work, entrepreneurship and advocacy. Their vision is clear: to create a safe haven where children can thrive without fear of being excluded or discriminated against because of their age or gender.
