Youth unemployment is on the rise, but with DYP we’re determined to change that. We believe in empowering youth to transform their lives and reach their full potential. That’s why we offer a range of services that support teens as they explore opportunities, develop skills, build confidence, and find a path that suits them. We offer access to resources and programs that help them reach their goals and realize their dreams. Through our programs and services, we’ll work hard to create a better future for the young people of Diepsloot!

Live a life better by joining the youth project. Helping youth in health, education, and career is our aim. We want them to grow in ways that will make a difference in their lives, and shape their future as they choose. In our project, we do everything possible to empower them and give them the skills they need to change their lives for the better.

We believe that every individual has the right to live a fulfilling life and be happy. Our youth are no different – why shouldn’t they have access to health care? Education? Shelter? With DYP, they’re getting just that. And we hope that one day all youth will see what we see – that we can help them overcome any obstacle with hard work and determination.

On the outside, life seems to be going merrily in Diepsloot. But on the inside, there’s a silent war being waged against teenage girls who are facing countless problems and challenges. Most of them aren’t getting the education they deserve, and they’re constantly being sidelined and overlooked due to their gender.

But at Diepsloot Youth Project, we believe that every girl deserves to be heard and respected. We want these young women to know that they are valued and loved for who they are. For that reason, we offer a variety of programs that will help turn their lives around – programs that will give them the education they need so that one day they can change the world for the better.

The youth of today face a myriad of challenges, but foremost among them is finding their place in the world. That’s why they turn to us at Diepsloot Youth Project. We provide them with mentorship and guidance that will help them navigate their way through life.

Adults like you and me may find it hard to understand what is going on in the mind of a teenager nowadays, but we can surely relate to their need for acceptance and belongingness in their community. Through our youth programmes, we aim to provide these children with tools that will help them connect with others and stand up for themselves – all while building a sense of self-esteem along the way that will serve them well in adulthood.

Life is not just about working hard and earning money. In fact, it is about enjoying every moment of your life in the company of loved ones and friends.
