We also host events that focus on positive body image, gender equality, and other important issues that affect today’s youth.

But not so in Diepsloot! Thanks to the work of the Diepsloot Youth Project, kids living in the township are no longer victims of crime. The project aims to empower them by giving them the confidence they need to stand up for themselves, while also teaching them how to be respectful and caring members of their community.
The DYP team works hard to make sure that every kid feels welcome and comfortable at their weekly events. Whether it’s playing games with them or helping out with chores around the house, the members of the team are always there for you when you need them most.
