Diepsloot is a municipality located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. The municipality has a population of around 145,000 residents who reside in approximately 150 villages. While the municipality is located in one of the most economically developing regions of South Africa, it also goes by one of the most disadvantaged names as well.

The youth there are struggling to find a place for themselves and their futures, but thanks to Diepsloot Youth Project, things are now looking up for them. This amazing NGO conducts various programs that aim at providing holistic developmental services to underprivileged and marginalized young people living in this community. From education programs to employment opportunities and life skills development, they have got it all covered!
