Diepsloot Youth Project is a non profit organisation working for youth development and empowerment in Diepsloot, South Africa. We believe that every child is capable of great things and deserves a chance to realize their full potential. Through educational programs, mentoring initiatives, and sponsorship programs, we are committed to helping the most vulnerable members of our community succeed. We also organize fun activities that allow them to take control of their lives by rebuilding their self-confidence and improving their lives skills.

One of the most neglected areas in South Africa is Diepsloot. Home to over 30% of South Africa’s total slum population, it’s a place where many aspire to escape and yet many others find themselves trapped. But now, it may soon be a place you proudly call home too!

DYP is changing the lives of more than 200 disadvantaged youth in Diepsloot by providing them with education and employment opportunities. Through its life-changing programs, DYP teaches valuable skills such as entrepreneurship and critical thinking, while also providing them with an opportunity for a brighter future. With an aim to make Diepsloot a better place to live, work, and play, DYP is committed to helping these young men and women realize their full potential.
