Diepsloot Youth Project is a training company that provides top-notch fitness classes for all ages and abilities. We think fitness is an important part of life, and we want to make sure everyone feels welcome and challenged no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
From kickboxing on Mondays to yoga on Wednesdays, our classes will help you get fit fast! And when you finish class, feel free to take a dip in our pool or grab some food from one of our partner restaurants.

We offer programs tailored to suit your needs so that you can be as fit as possible without compromising on time or money. Whether you want to follow an intensive workout regimen or just go on occasional walks with friends, we have everything covered under one roof!
Be it running, weightlifting, or aerobics classes – we have something for everyone at DYP youth project! We also provide nutritional advice throughout the program so you know how to eat right while staying active. It’s all about balance now isn’t it?
Today, more than out of safety concerns, people are joining the gym for fun. Youth is no exception to this. Why? Because it’s fun! And that’s exactly why we’ve joined them in their quest for fitness and health. With impressive results, our trainers have helped our youth move better and stronger than ever before.
When you work hard, you reap the rewards. For many youth in Diepsloot, this is a daily reminder that they can be successful if they seek out opportunities and make the most of their talents. The Youth Project is home to over 100 young people who share similar goals: to learn valuable skills by working on projects that help their community thrive. They’re taught important life skills like teamwork and time management, while also gaining a competitive edge in sports and other activities.
By taking part in programs like these, kids are finding an outlet for their energy and enthusiasm – two things that all kids need to reach their full potential. And when it comes down to it, isn’t that what we want for every one of our future leaders?
What makes Diepsloot Youth Project so special? There are many things that make the youth of this project stand out, but one of them is the continuous training program they offer. When they say they want to see their youth grow and develop, they really mean it – and that’s why you’ll find a lot of enthusiastic participants in their programs. Not only do these kids get a chance to hone their skills on the field or on the court, but they also learn about important life lessons like teamwork, dedication, and leadership. And like all great sports organizations, DYP also offers other activities for its members outside of sports: fitness classes or after-school clubs with amazing teachers!
