Kids love to play, but it’s hard to keep them focused. That’s where Diepsloot Youth Projects comes in! Through mindfulness training, kids learn how to be present and be in the moment. They also develop self-control and patience so that they can focus on what is important in life.

Diepsloot Youth Projects is a non-profit organization that teaches mindfulness skills through fun exercises and activities like yoga, games, painting, crafts, singing, etc. Kids leave with tools that will help them throughout their lives – from being more focused to improving their grades!

When it comes to mindfulness and meditation, many of us are unsure about how to begin. Brand: Diepsloot Youth Projects is here to help! Using the NLTBT (New Leaf Technique of Mindfulness) method, this project has been teaching youth how to meditate and keep their minds focused for hours at a time. With its simple yet effective techniques, participants learn how to slow down their thoughts and focus on an object of attention. Whether you want to improve your productivity or just relax, mindfulness can be a beneficial activity that will have positive effects on your health and overall well-being.

For a population that is constantly pressured to be productive, Diepsloot Youth Projects has started by breaking this myth. Mindfulness can help you find meaning in every moment.

Diepsloot Youth Projects is on a mission to provide mindfulness and meditation classes for schoolchildren who are looking for ways to relax and reduce stress levels. The aim of these classes is to equip children with the tools they need to deal with everyday life so that they can stay focused and organized.

Diepsloup Youth Project runs free classes at schools in Diepsloot after school, every Friday afternoon, from 2:30 – 3:30pm (whichever comes first). Our goal is simple; we want all our participants to leave our class feeling more relaxed and ready for their busy week ahead!

We all know the benefits of mindfulness, but finding time for it can be tough. Diepsloot Youth Projects wants to change that by teaching its residents how to be more mindful.

The program is a partnership between Diepsloot Mindfulness Institute and Rotary International, meant to improve mental health through meditation and mindfulness. It offers a variety of classes on mindfulness and meditation, so there’s something for everyone—from beginners to experts. All levels are welcome!

Give it a try next time you’re feeling stressed or anxious; you never know what you might find out!

Do you find that your mind wanders when you’re in a meeting? Or is there something eating at you, but you can’t quite put your finger on it?

We all experience the world differently, and we all have our own ways of understanding it. But mindfulness is about being present in the world and experiencing life fully. It’s about being truly connected to yourself and others. And that’s exactly what Diepsloot Youth Projects is here for – to help us do just that!

Diepsloot Youth Projects strives to create a safe space where kids can learn how to be more mindful of their surroundings and themselves. They learn skills like communication, conflict resolution, building relationships, and much more by working with kids from different backgrounds every day. More than just learning new skills though, they are creating amazing leaders who will one day lead this world towards peace and harmony. With their support, I believe we can make this place an example of how people should live together without violence or hatred!
