The youth of today has got to be the most tech-savvy generation ever! The youth of Diepsloot in Johannesburg is no different. With the help of Diepsloot Youth Project, they are making a difference by teaching them valuable skills like coding and digital marketing. These skills might not seem important at first glance, but when you think about it, they’re the future of how we’ll interact with technology.

They’re also teaching self-reliance by helping them get jobs, volunteer for NGOs, or build their own businesses. Young people around the world are becoming leaders and taking charge of their lives and communities. Let’s support that!

Have you ever wished to learn new skills but felt too lazy to do so? Want to feel good about yourself without putting in much effort?

Then, this is your chance! The Diepsloot Youth Project is organizing a skill-building workshop on 4th June at the Elandspad retreat center. There, you will learn new skills that will make you feel proud of yourself and help you stand out from the crowd.

There are 2 shifts available: 9am-12pm and 12pm-3pm, and they are free of cost. You can register for them here on Eventbrite before the 4th June by paying a fee of R50 (or $5).
