Entrepreneurship is a growing trend across the world, and it has become increasingly popular in South Africa. Youth unemployment is at an all-time high, yet many are turning to entrepreneurship as a means to create financial security for themselves and their families.

When you’re a teenager, entrepreneurship isn’t always on your mind. But there are many who understand the importance of owning their own business.
Diepsloot Youth Project is an initiative that aims to do just that – teach young entrepreneurs the importance of owning their own business and how to grow it into something big. They run workshops teaching them about different types of businesses, marketing strategies, and sales tactics. The program has three levels, each one catering specifically to different levels of experience. They also provide mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs who can help guide the participants towards success.
