By introducing analytics into their youth programs, Diepsloot Youth Projects was able to identify important metrics like staff turnover, absenteeism rates, and dropout rates so they could improve the program overall. They were also able to see which aspects of their programs were having the biggest impact on participants’ wellbeing and success rate. Now they can guarantee their participants a safe environment free from bullying or other harmful behaviors while still providing them with valuable resources and tools to become successful in life!

The additional investment is helping identify areas where improvement is required, so that valuable resources can be directed towards improving outcomes for youth at the facility level. We’re proud to support this effort, and excited about what it means for future success!
