Diepsloot Youth Project offers programs in 3 areas: Life Skills (which teaches teenagers how to make smart decisions), Marketing & Events (which teaches them how to plan events and develop marketing strategies), and Sports Skills (where they can learn about sports).

Our aim is simple – we want our young people to be confident in themselves and know that they have all the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced world. The Diepsloot Youth Project was established to provide young people with valuable skills and knowledge, so that they can be successful in whatever path they choose. In addition to offering a wide range of programs, there is also an entrepreneurial program where young people can learn about starting their own business. DYP is a youth skills development project that caters to those with potential and drives them towards success and happiness. We equip the youths with the necessary tools so they can make their mark in this world and change it for the better.

There’s this saying that says, ‘every child is an artist’, and we believe in that wholeheartedly. We understand that every child has a unique way of expressing himself or herself, and we want to help them find their wings. That’s why our Youth Skills Development Services teach kids different forms of art like drawing, painting, music appreciation, etc. These services not only allow kids to express themselves but foster confidence while also learning a new skill.

Apart from teaching children various forms of art, we also encourage play at the center so they can have fun and make friends too!
